update failed

anyone can help me? i have server nod32 update server when i updating the username and password was pop up. i have a firewall squidguard what port can we allow?

 

Are you saying that you're updating from a local mirror or from Eset's servers?

 

im updating to the eset server.

we try to update into the nearest internet cafe my username and password has working i think the problem is on the squidguard.
