Unable To uninstall.

    Well, my license has expired and I've been wanting to uninstall ESET Nod32 Antivirus v4.0. When i go to do this, i get a

    Another application has exclusive access to the file C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\Logs\virlog.dat Please shut down all other applications then try again.

    I am unable to boot into safe mode to attempt that in there for reasons known to me. Please help in this matter as the "contact" button fails to do anything but list 4 boxes and goes nowhere.

    if you can't boot the system in safe mode that indicates issues with the system itself. Try repairing your install
