two winpatrol folders

Since WP has a new owner, I now have to folders (C:\Program Files\BillP Studios\WinPatrol & C:\Program Files\Ruiware\WinPatrol)...am I going to have to un-install the new one and re-install the old version(Bill P) then un-install it and then re-install the new one (Ruiware) again to get rid of Bill's folder? Are there any easier ways?
