Suspicious file analysis

Does anyone know if there are any (safe/security) sites where you can submit suspicious files and they will analyse them and tell you exactly what they do/have done to your computer?

I am not posting the URL for fear of it getting flooded, but I'm sure you'll be able to find it if you need it for serious purposes.
