Smart Security password

    In late November this year I received an email from Esset stating the I was able to update to from EAV to ESS. I have since downloaded ESS however only the trial version. ESSET stated that the upgrade to ESS would be free for the period of my EAV license.

    Any one able to help my EAV user name and password do not activate the ESS

    Sounds like nice. Are you sure you were able to upgrade for free?

    You'll have to get an ESS password from them. The one for EAV won't work.

    Had the same problem. Sent them details of my purchase of NOD 32 and got a new password by return e-mail.
