Me and you both. I have licenses for many of them. I think we support the industry with just our purchases! :D

If your serious about using rising as your primary Av, you can have my key, its still good for many months.

If not though, I'd rather give it to someone who will use it.

I can't imagine all of the chinese users have chosen by themselves to use Rising antivirus. Do they have som laws there or something? Like they just can use Chinese Google and Chinese Wikipedia, with limited information.

They have probably just been offered one antivirus - Rising. Probably therefor they have such many users. But yes, they are massive. The same would VirusBuster been to, if the whole world was forced to use it. And then it is all wrong.

Rising does not have users because of the quality, that's for sure.

I ran it in the hope, it would find something, but viruses = 0, just like all the other scanners.
I don't like its GUI either, a bit too dark for me, which makes me depressive.

Rising is not the only Chinese AV product.

I think they compensate for that in other ways. They were selling RAV2008 for 30 yuan per year not too long back. Which amounted to only about AUD6... too bad the promotion was already over when I noticed it.
