Quick launch bar problem

    I've made a windows update and after restart a strange issue appeared.
    When I click any item in the Quick Launch bar I get the Properties of that shortcut, the program doesn't start... what can I do?

    Sorry guys for not answering and thank you for your replies.

    I fixed it in 10 minutes after posting. :D
    I restarted explorer.exe process and everything went back to normal.
