Running well...a couple of little typos noted and reported. Other than that it is advised at the ProSecurity for that as a result of the new "Control Service/Driver" protection, that users reboot a few times in Learning Mode after upgrading to 1.43. If not, they will probably see some blocked activity alerts as Windows starts.

Nothing dangerous just annoying in the greater scheme of things.:D

    Why not? :)

    ECard.scr [Cutwail/Bulknet malware], PS 142 VS 143:

However this new feature (Control Service/Driver) is also helpful to fight other rootkit classes like Nulprot, for ex...:thumb:

Simply, PS is a great HIPS :thumb:

Used in conjunction with a firewall-capable router, ProSec gives me all the firewall I want. But without such a router, you might want a software firewall to assist ProSec in watching the store.

Windows FW is there. no need of another software FW with PS.

Look'n'Stop with ProSecurity and a hardware firewall here. Call me paranoid if you will....but you can call me fairly protected too. :D

Heh, i call you EQUIPPED :D

I recently got a PM from someone who ask why i was so paranoid and i suggested to be more factual he should rephrase that term to "PREPARED". LoL

Take a malware researcher like me who has a really dangerous inventory on hand and occasionally goes out on a limb with some vicious stuff, and since i absolutely DO NOT use VM's, you better well believe i go overboard in some cases with security apps and such just in case one of my specimens decide to take on an Outer Limits transposition and do something totally unexpected.
