No problems with version 1045 and Windows 10, I hope it's fully compatible now. :thumb:

Are both Emsisoft Antimalware and Emsisoft Internet Security, both fully compatible with Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit, both free and premium?
Big thanks to all in advance.

Nov.25 I installed 1.08.1.1045 on XP on top of .1044. It's working great with default settings plus few applications.
On XP only: after installing, the service wouldn't start till reboot. Makes sense, no problem.
Then yesterday it didn't start on fresh bootup. It wouldn't start from ProgramFiles either. The message was "Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Protection is not started. The Anti-Exploit process will be terminated.". Only rebooting helped. No big deal, reboot is quick on XP, but I thought I should report.

That link reads in part as follows:
For EMS's writer to mention removal of nasties by using MS's removal tool (or ANY other removal tool) shows that the writer is perhaps further behind the curve than XP itself. The absolute best "HI-TECH" way to get rid of a nasty is to restore a clean image.

The days of "prevent & remove" using a constantly patrolling Antivirus are paleolithic. The main emphasis these days should be on "detect & restore".

It makes me sad to see that EMS has stooped to using pontifical techno-babble & FUD to promote their product. I have no use for any real-time AV whatsoever.

For my box's security I depend primarily (NOT solely) upon detection software, plus diligent imaging to one or the other of my covey of 128Gb flash drives (FIFO). Bullet-proof? Well, I suppose someone could break into my house, steal my flash drives, & take a hammer to my computer tower. Uh... maybe I ought to buy a Rottweiler.

You are not Emsisofts market. Their market is folks who wouldn't know squat about restores.

I think there is a potential glitch in MBAE's Chome dll injection scheme. In certain Chrome processes, such as the broker, mbae64.dll injects correctly as seen in screenshot 1. But in several other chrome processes, mbae64.dll is not injected at all. Is this an intended behaviour?

may be it is because that instance is already on "untrusted, aslr" instead main process "medium, aslr"

Anyone know if MBAE Premium plays well with Bitdefender 2016 and its Ransomware Protection?

Will MBAE protect against exploits when you run it under Sandboxie and sandboxed web-browsers and everything else on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit?

Web browser I'm pretty sure and many other programs.
Everything else on any OS don't think so...

Yes, it does. I have a license I don't use because I use Linux now. I don't know if it's OK to do this here, but contact me if you'd like to buy it. Mods can edit this post if I can't advertise :p

Unless I'm misunderstanding the question, no. MBAE uses a service and driver so it cannot be installed within a sandbox. The most you could try is to run the GUI under sandboxie and that serves no purpose. MBAE can protect sandboxed applications, browsers etc with use of a compatibility template however.

What I meant will MBAE protect web-browsers even when you run them sandboxed under Sandboxie-on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit?

Yes it does. I understood your question already. Moreover there is a template for MBAE to work properly with Sandboxie.
Actually I use MBAE alongside Sandboxie...
Note that I haven't tested it on Windows 10 but it should, don't see why not. You can even try and tell us? ;)

MBAE (free) and Sandboxie work for me in Windows 10 (I removed the windows XP and 32 bit parts from the template).

Still, sticking with 32 bit XP, for the time being. ;)
