    Linux Mint 11 – Preview

    an RC release in the middle of the month
    a stable release by the end of May.

    Hmm, kind of disappointed by that actually. Was hoping for GNOME 3 but with panels instead of GNOME Shell, but oh well.

    Clem has decided to stick with the tried and proven 2.32. No GNOME 3 as previously rumored.

    Personally, I like Oz Unity... the desktop simply looks stunning... The icons on the left are traditional netbook remix categories... but paired with a Cairo dock, its nothing short of amazing. Its so good it even looks better on a traditional laptop than a small screen netbook!
