I would like to purchase 2 licenses for Prevx (for my x64 systems), and I'm wondering which option to go for in terms of years.

Having been spoilt by Ilya's Defensewall license, which gives free upgrades during it's duration (1 year), my question is - if Prevx 4.0 is released, will the upgrade be free to current license holders? And what is the rough schedule for the release of version 4.0? If so, I would much rather purchase 3 year licenses for the bulk discount.

    Many thanks,

If you buy a license, you'll get new releases as they come, including Prevx 4.0. Version 4.0 is scheuduled to be released in a few months.

Excellent news. Another question - does the 64 bit version of Safeonline offer the same protection as the 32 bit version? Will I still be safe from keyloggers, etc?

Yes. The 64-bit version of SafeOnline will provide the same protection, because you'll have a theoretically higher playground for malware.

Er, forgive me for asking, but I thought 64-bit safeonline can't protect against certain screengrabbing attacks, as Prevx does not circumvent patchguard?

You are correct - the only area not covered by SafeOnline x64 is high-level screengrabbing because of PatchGuard. However, antikeylogging, information stealing trojan blocking, and anything actually used by malware is blocked :) Screengrabbers are very rarely used in today's information stealing trojans because they don't give the data in a usable format and can't see things like passwords (and most bank websites generally will hide most account details).
