internet explorer 8

    I downloaded ie8 and when I tried to install it I got this"unable to find volume for file extraction. Please verify you have proper permissions" How can I get this installation to work?

    its only a beta so its bound to have some bugs.
    you could redownload and try again.

    Provided you grabbed the correct os specific file, what's your install log say? Where's the holdup?
