I'm so confused!

Hello all, from what I have read on this forum and the product description, ID blaster would be a highly useful program. But I have no idea how to set-up the program. Is there a help manual? I'm not sure what registry keys to add and why. All I have done so far is to start the randomization (of the IE id, WIN id and NT specific id). Maybe I'm out of my league with this program.

Any help is appreciated
