Okay people; here is my problem. It just started a few days ago. It is brand new and has never happened before. It annoys me to no end.

Every time I visit the Facebook website, I get a message saying that I have an incompatible browser. Here is a direct link to an image of the problem.

I am using Firefox, which is listed as a COMPATIBLE BROWSER.

However, all that I had to do was disable Norton Internet Security, and the problem went away.

But when I turned Norton Internet Security back on, the problem came back.

I really NEED to know how to access www.facebook.com WITHOUT having to disable Norton Internet Security.

Does Norton Internet Security have a setting related to user agent ?

If so, suggest disabling that setting and see what happens at facebook.

I am sorry; I cannot find anything in Norton Internet Security related to User Agent no matter how hard I try. I am really deeply annoyed right now.

After many long hours, I was able to disable browser privacy in Norton Internet Security. It worked. I can now access the Facebook website. Thank you.

Is there a way to just white list Facebook instead of completely disabling browser privacy?
