Help please!!!

Yesterday while googling I found a new page ..............com . I became a member.Today I can not enter that site.I see this

Can it be a censor.My country censored you tube three times this month.
I tried entering using proxies,and I was successful.Nothing wrong with the forum.They welcomed me.How can I learn why it is censored,which other sites are censored.Or what is the meaning of this?? Thanks in advance.

Sorry,just now I tried again and after 2 days I can access that site .What happened those 2 days,I wonder?
Because I have got 3 PC's at home,I had tried with all of them.

 

Perhaps an ISP glitch (routing, backbone, DNS servers, etc)

 

Now the same problem.I can not connect again.

 

I've gotten that kind of response page when going to websites. Usually, it was due to the site (or the redirect site) being down.
