   Picasa installed Google Autobackup. I tried to uninstall but giving error.

   See here about this which installs with Picasa and seems to be able to turn itself back on if you turn it off. Some very angry people in that thread.

   I uninstalled with Geek Uninstaller. It removed partially. I removed remnants manually.
