Please could someone stop Nod from having FPs with every Prevx product? It's getting past a joke as it's been happening for ages. I'm starting to see Prevx as irreplaceable & Nod as replaceable! Make things hard for resellers, what do you want us to do, choose which product to drop? With Nod missing many Antivirus2009 type infections, I know which I'd choose.

I've been finding a lot of new AV200x apps lately, they are usually 2/39 on VT. Found by ESET's heuristics and Microsoft's Signatures (They are amazingly fast lately) thanks.

As to your question, send the False Positive in an email, you know the usual steps. I'd be more concerned at what kind of packaging system Prevx is using that seems to get flagged so much. When you pay for software you think they would use a proper packing system. Then again I've never used PrevX nor know what system they use, I just send them malware now and then.

v3.0.1.3 was released officially live last week and we currently do not have any betas going on, but every new version of CSI or Edge does get caught by NOD32.

I've downloaded Prevx Edge from http://info.prevx.com/downloadedge.asp, but it wasn't detected. Please send someone the file to samples[at]eset.com with "False positive" in the subject.
