COM Server Warning error?

I'm getting this error, when I try to shutdown.
Any solutions to this?

Vista client/server communication's time frame? Problematic dll? Which app's draw that warning?
Copy and paste the key com related messages in event viewer (alt)?

It's straightened out
Thanks for your reply though.
It was a problem with a Media Player called KMPlayer.
After I turned off the process,
it's now working well.
