I am wondering what you guys use to clean your android phone? I have the free version of SDMaid and CCleaner, but CCleaner is very bloated now, but it cleans more than the Pro version of SDMaid... so are there any other cleaners you prefer?

I know most of you will say none, but I'm very OCD with my files directories like empty folders, cache, hidden cache, and other useless folders/files taking up space.

I only use SD Maid Pro, just don't see a need for anything else.

I don't use Android cleaners much these days. If I did, it would be SD Maid Pro for sure.

    Personally, I like 1Tap Cleaner.

I sporadically use the free version of CCleaner. It stays disabled until I want a quick clean. Then I do a clean and go into apps and disable it.

The notion of a "clean" Android is oxymoronic at best. LOL!

Haven't tried it. But this looks good & it's on Google Play & F-Droid. Also free, open source, no ads & no upsell.

ccleaner for android cleans hidden cache from my apps. I looked before and after running ccleaner and saw that it did clean.

I should have put quote marks around those statements.

While I am a paid user of SD Maid Pro and it once was a very good cleaner, it is not very good these days. While it has a very clean ad free UI, it just isn't very good at cleaning junk files anymore. Cleaners such as Deep Junk Cleaner and Speed Booster, typically are able to clean significantly more junk. As a result, I would not recommend that anyone purchase it.

However, unless your phone is running very low in storage space - in which case you'll get a notification from Android, there's usually not much need to use cleaning apps. My phone has an included cleaning app which regularly prompts me to use it. While I have a number of cleaning apps installed, I just use the included one.
