Backup software?

I am using easeus backup. I saw optimize for ssd and section by section clone?
Do I mark them?

 

Obviously, if your system is on a Solid State Drive (SSD) you should check that box; if on a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) then there's no need to check it.

A sector-by-sector backup is only needed for special situations - e.g., when you have (and want to backup) data created outside of a Windows file system. That box is not typically checked.

TS
