ATI ver. 7.0

    Since d/l SP2 I can no longer create an image to a partition on slave drive. I have to use the floppy disks. Previously, I could click on the ATI icon and select create image and it would copy. When restoring an image, I did have to use the floppy disk to d/l the program.

    Is this the result of installing SP2? As noted I'm using ver. 7.0 and have the latest upgrade.

    Hello ralphb,

    The first thing I would try is to uninstal and then reinstall True Image 7.
