About Laptop Power Setting

how to set

1) to run on power cord, when it is plug in...

currently when power supply is inserted..... it still run on battery... till it flat....apparently not charging at the same time...

 

I had never seen that before. All laptops I have come across automatically use cord power when pluged in.
I suggest you try moving and wiggling with the cable. Maybe it's a defective conection inside.
