One still can not import passwords in Windows on this browser which makes it limited. Pity since i like it too.
The most likeable features are: responsiveness and being always current. Plus the privacy part does the job well.

I really like Mullvad Browser. I've just have a question. In order to bookmark websites, I use custom settings, but, anytime I get "New Identity" - to clean all my browsing history, Mullvad starts in the Private Browsing mode. Why?

Strangely Mullvad 15 would not update for me like usual. I could download the update from within Mullvad browser but it would not update to version 15 at restart. I simply downloaded and gpg verified the download directly from Mullvad's site and overwrote the 14.5.8 version that 15 replaced. That worked without a hitch. I am posting this in case anyone else experiences this. FYI --- I am using Mint 22. I can't help but wonder if Mullvad changing from version 14.X to the new series version 15 caused this. Either way easy fix.
Hello @Palancar IMHO, Mullvad 15.0 seemed more like an upgrade than an update anyway. When I noticed that v15.0 was available, I just did an install over v14.5.8 as you did. I also did the same with my Tor Browser. Both those browsers seem to work okay for me. Cheers
Exactly how it went for me too. The good thing is that extracting version 15 over 14.5.8 left all my bookmarks and stuff good to go! I backed the bookmarks up before the overwrite just to make sure I had them in case it want poorly. Like you I did the same thing for my TOR browser bundles on my Desktops. However; the full TOR version 15 upgrade went fine on my system installed version of TOR. Hmmmm? I have not installed Mullvad Browser electing to run it as an app image from my linux Desktops. Perfect but that might account for why the app image approach didn't upgrade where the system disk full install approach did upgrade for me. Just a thought.
