Windows and Office Genuine ISO Verifier looks good. It appears to just cross check hash files. If it can check the hash files of these downloads, then an official ISO link might be available somewhere. Either way, as long as it's official, it doesn't matter.

can i ask if terabyte image for windows/linux is the only software that can backup and restore offline an hard disk encrypted with veracypt?

It's not. In fact, most can. You just need to image the ENTIRE drive and not just the used areas. Drive Snapshot calls this maintenance mode. Others have different names. But all sectors of the disk need to be imaged.

image for linux does it mount create an image and mount for the restore

No, no, no. With any imaging app that's doing this kind of job, it needs to be done cold; in some sort on WinPE/WinRE. This cannot be done in Windows. PM me if needed, so as to not distract further from the thread.
