Received message certificate was due. Paid. Now what do l do? Still receiving message that I need to renew. Am I suppose to download this thing and reinstall? If so, not sure which one to download, x64 or ARM64? Forgive this old timer, but this renewal process is confusing. Thanks much, Acadia
Hopefully David (or an infinite number of Forum posters) will chime in sooner than later if a re-installation is necessary. In the interim, and if you get too impatient to wait, skip the "ARM64" option. My limited understanding is that ARM64 applies to a substantially rare number of set-ups.

Arrgh, this is sooooo frustrating. It keeps asking me for a serial number. I can find an updatekey and a mile long signature, but no serial number. It keeps taking me to a page to purchase a renewal ... I ALREADY DID THAT! Acadia

Installed updated version and put in all info. Received message that info is invalid and box turned red. David, if you want, I can send you transaction number etc. to prove that I really did pay for this earlier today. Acadia
