That might very well be, but most users aren't going to (and probably shouldn't) use Group, or Local, Policy for something like this. If an application like DefenderUI makes it possible for Joe or Suzy User to fine-tune Windows Defender, then I am absolutely in favor of the app. Easy and simple are not always bad things.
No, DefenderUI Pro is only freeware for a limited time. DefenderUI, on the other hand, will always remain freeware.

When using DefenderUI Pro (recommended profile), AdGuard extension 'stops' working altough filtering remains on (ads are blocked). The issue is that when opening the extension, it said that AdGuard is not installed, thus no more custom blocking by context menu, temp disabling, and such. Do you have an idea why? Thanks
