    Hi Fladen,

    No it does not hang but scanning time has increased. I haven't timed it, but it's different on machines with different spec's.

    Why can't I unsubscribe from receiving emails about each new update? I have clicked the "No more emails" link in the email twice now.

    Hello,
    Because it is a bug, that was a known issue that was not properly fixed but we fixed it this week for good.
    Sorry for that.

    I've just read that SSD's and USB drives cannot be properly cleaned/securely erased with software like this. Can someone tell me if that's true?

    Hello @tgraf66,

    if you erase the free space, then it will not be possible to recover your previous data.
    For SSD's we recommend to use "TRIM" like here, as it will be sufficient to erase.

    This refers to original request #2794,
    I note that Jdownloader has been improved in the new version .94 but Jdownloader remains greyed out in the list of downloaders and thus my Jdowloader2 remains uncleaned. Is there a problem here ?

    slight mismatch viz.....
    "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\JDownloader v2.0\JDownloader2.exe"

    perhaps you could also give guidance with the "Include" deletion syntax. I am struggling to work out how to delete a series of sub-directories with similar nomenclature in one directory. e.g. in directory 2022 I wish to delete all directories and their files that are named "customer no 'nnn'"

    Include section, select add, add folders, select this pc, copy the folder name, paste into the entry line at the bottom, select the appropriate tick boxes (ie. the bottom one)

    @takiabtom,
    Which path do you have here :
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\jdownloader2\InstallLocation
    ??

    thanks for this but not sure it will do the trick. My intention is to delete all subfolders with name "customer nnn" only and thus excluding "supplier nnn" the idea being to occasionally purge by changing the 'nnn' to '1**' or '2**' etc
    If not possible, can it be done, otherwise i will have to adopt an different directory structure

    @privazer team

    I have raised this observation and request before without response

    The clean internet options in one click commences with "starting cleanup" and is timed. The next screen (as attached) is displayed for a fraction of a second and gives information of the scan completed and provides the ability to see what is found, however, the screen flashes so quickly there is no ability to read let alone review what was found. It was even a nightmare to be quick enough to get a screenshot but success after several attempts. The next screen is "preparing cleanups" and is timed and in my case often this takes several minutes before the cleanup actually starts.

    Could you please consider..
    making the intermediate screen time delayed to enable review
    populating the lovely empty progress bar for 'preparing cleanups' which could then be cleared to display the progress of the actual clean

    many thanks for your consideration and a damned good product
