Has anyone tried this Firefox-based browser developed in Japan? I just recently installed the available Flatpak in Linux openSUSE, and it's running fine so far. The Compact toolbar option is available, and I've also installed the uBlockO Addon. Never been a Firefox user but gave it a try in Shadow Defender. Everything seems to work but compared to other browsers I found it a bit tricky to set up. Not too keen on the interface. As a plus it works in Sandboxie too.
I'm impressed with the responsiveness and stability of this browser so far. It does have an almost overwhelming number of Tabs options, so as @stapp mentions, it can be tricky to set up, but I guess this could appeal to some power users who want a specific look to their browser interface. I just prefer the classic tabs in one row on top look. I love that it offers the Compact toolbar option that Firefox dropped some time ago. EDIT I actually stumbled upon this browser when perusing openSUSE's Discover Package manager:
a young project, but neither nor a recommendation. a niche browser with no additional benefits except forced extensions. and it is not able to run in sandboxie, it crashes, while firefox 102 esr do not crash. enough to stop a test and not to investigate about more flaws.
A couple of extensions are included in the installation, but they are not forced, rather included, and they are easily disabled or removed. Still using it to this day, and it continues to be ultra stable and responsive.
wat0114--I'm trying this--it's smoking fast! Also, and this is personal taste, it's interestingly configured out of the box--reminds me of the Opera browser. Also, its folders are in AppData/Roaming and Local and in total, has a much smaller footprint than Firefox. Enabled uBlock Origin right away--its already installed but needed configuring. SmartScreen objected but a Quick Scan was fine. I like this so far. I'll keep demoing it but thanks a lot for making it available.

they are forced installed, that is quiet understandable, or? i dont have any choice. ublock is disabled, the two other enabled. i dont get why private builds have to be bundled with crap i dont want instead let user to chose. i have seen so many private builds coming and going...
Hi Trooper, this is still my default browser on MX-23 Linux, customized with both a userChrome.css file and by using the customization options included in the browser. I have tabs customized with squared corners and top of active tab highlighted in a kind of neon blue color, compact toolbar is available in Floorp and being used, and the bookmarks toolbar is at the bottom, )task manager is auto-hidden).
yes a Firefox fork. Browser and tab bar appearance can be customized, horizontal, vertical or tree style tab bar, dual theme, rounded corners of web pages, compact toolbar density available, bookmarks bar or toolbar can be placed at the bottom. So many options, almost too much to choose from. It's also privacy-focused out of the box, and browsing speed is very fast, seemingly faster than even Firefox, and I've never yet experienced stability issues.

I'm not too sure how they compare. Librewolf might have a few more privacy/security features enabled, I guess. I used Librewolf for a short time a while back, but ended up removing it I think for being a bit sluggish or some sort of performance issues I encountered with it.
