I wouldn't use it now if they paid me.

Agreed, the last few versions seem to be an improvement. I was going to stop using it but for now I continue with it.

Oh good, glad to see that you're also in favor of this. Not everyone is blessed with the wherewithal to use a third-party password manager.

Again, hope it's opt-in, though. If not, it wouldn't bother me personally.

My main browser is Brave, but on Ubuntu Firefox is a good back-up or secondary browser. It has improved.

Yeah, I'd prefer it to be opt-in.

Yes, I saw this also. Firefox Monitor is not new, it seems, but appears to have been slow to get off the ground. I'll be looking for any new developments. This is actually the first time I've accessed it. You have to search it, it's not part of the settings.

Firefox Monitor need an active mozilla account and observe if the used email address(es) on that account have been hacked.
or go https://monitor.firefox.com/ to check any other address.
this feature is complete independant of other used password managers. at least LostPass is critical to use, its now the 5th or 6th time it was hacked. "monitor" just give you the possibility to evaluate if you were hacked. have-i-been-pawned webpage offer same, does not matter which on you like to use.

Personally I wouldn't have used Firefox's password manager, but I'm OK with it.

Well, finally decided to put Firefox back as default, no particular reason apart from the fact I'm been customising it a bit.

Guys, does the website below work for you with Firefox?

    https://www.walmart.com/

I initially see the products for sale then everything disappears.

    It works OK for me,
with Firefox 108.0.2 (snap, on Kubuntu),
with uBlock Origin default filters plus Fanboy's Social plus EasyDutch.

It's probably some setting I changed in about:config.

Perhaps you have already done this, but I've created a separate profile with default settings. It should be no problem to visit a trusted site without site-breaking extra precautions.

Maybe. Do you have any local CDN add-ons for Firefox?

if content appears and then vanishes its mostly some content blocker, mostly based on css.
or cookie consent was not applied which lead also to blank pages.
a new profile can tell you.

firefox + ublock +umatrix + cookie consent blocker (all mv2) = no issues.

Yes,a default profile solves the problem.
But I don't want to use a profile at default.
No other content blocking extensions other than UBO.
