I had my taskbar at the top, with 22H2 it moved down. Now not even Winaero Tweaker can get it back to the top. Not even a reg.tweak from "Howtogeek" can move it to the top.

Anyone has a solution to that?

I am pretty sure it is against privacy laws in some countries. I for one do not want my passwords to leak to find out, if they were leaked. I like some privacy, so I do not use smartscreen either.
Technically it does not provide any protection, it merely alerts that the password has leaked. Well, if someone tries to log into my accounts, I will receive 2FA alert ASAP, so I will know anyway.

Then perhaps I have misunderstood this feature. I thought that it was simply checking if you fill in your credentials on phishing websites and dodgy apps. Many of the hacks on big companies often start with this and they can even bypass MFA via authentications apps, so anti-phishing tools are a pretty big deal. I don't think this feature is designed to upload your credentials to M$ servers, because that would be illegal.

It does, but in order to do so, it needs some of your info, your data. Security and privacy do not go along too well. It is definitelly a usefull feature for most users, but I just do not like it. I guess, I have read too many scary stories, like:

    Thank you.

To my regret, that AveYo Creation Tool can update only to Windows 11 - 21H2.
    I have it - Windows 11 - 21H2 on my computers.

I'd like to be able to upgrade from 21H2 to 22H2.

Run the Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd batch file from the AveYo zip file. After doing that you can upgrade using the Media Creation Tool, or from the 22H2 ISO if you already have it. However, this only works if you haven't run Skip_TPM_Check_on_Media_Boot.cmd. If you have, you will need an unmodified 22H2 ISO.
