All I did was enter it here. You also have a lot less filters than I do.

t, could you post a screenshot of your filter lists, like @Spartan did? so we can help you better.

t, that's a network filter. what you need is a cosmetic filter. i can't reproduce your issue cause i don't get that popup on google.com.
you should take a look at that ubo help file link i posted above, so you can easily create a cosmetic filter with the help of element picker.

    Will do, thanks.

As for the cosmetic filter, it is hard to do that because the popup disappears as quickly as it appears. Will have to get my trigger finger ready lol.

i see. well then here's what you can do about it.
launch edge, click ubo icon and open the logger, go to google-com, examine the logger records and see if there's anything related you can use to create a block rule.

If the Google nag message disappears, that means the filter removed it, but something is causing a delay in the page load.

Hello @Sampei Nihira and others interested:

Do you believe the Firefox configuration file project, Arkenfox/user.js, is worthy of a separate topic here at Wilders? I believe the project is quite useful & complementary to distantly related uBlock Origin (Firefox) but probably should not be routinely commingled in the same topic.

    Reference: https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js

i just dled opera portable to reproduce this popup and looks like the nw filter @SouthPark posted above is the correct filter. like @SouthPark said, something must be interfering and causing a delay for the rule to take effect. try clearing browsing data in edge and see if that helps.

I see the same Trooper and the posted filter doesn't stop it for me either. Am going to look into this more when I have time.
At the moment I just have basic ublock installed with hardly anything added.

Do you show any 3rd party cookie blocking by Edge ?
I will probably try removing ublock in Edge, restarting Edge, adding ublock, and then adding the filter again

    @Trooper @stapp

i think edge's built-in tp might be the culprit here. looks like it's kicking in before ubo's filters are loaded.

add this entry to your hosts file temporarily to find out if edge's tp is the culprit:
    Code:
    0.0.0.0 ogs.google.com
