    Force uninstalled default Microsoft Edge and replaced it with Microsoft Edge For Business.

    The extended interval between browser updates is the same reason I've had Google Chrome For Business and Firefox ESR.

    I just want a browser that works and I don't care for new features.

    Unrelated but another reason that I dropped Vivaldi Browser.
    Cramming unnecessary so called features just added to it's already slowing down process.

    Microsoft Edge is the default browser in Windows 11.

    When they had the old proprietary Edge that came with the Windows 10 launch back in 2015, it sucked so bad nobody ran it.

    The new Edge is quite pleasant to use.

    It's not a bad browser, but in my view it still sucks when compared to Vivaldi. But it's a matter of taste, I use Edge as my test browser. I didn't bother to install Firefox, it sucks just like Waterfox. Chrome, Opera and Brave have never been a serious option, although I do like some of the privacy features found in Brave. And I don't trust Chrome and Opera when it comes to privacy.
