Yes, my WhitelistCloud was permanently scanning ... and the taskbar icon red, though no unsafe items listed.
    Fixed now.

    Hi,

Wondering why there the updates are slowing down for VS?
    Less and less?
Also, no words on DataDefender by Dan, umm?
    Any word or hope?

Dan has been making new beta builds that have been posted here in this thread. Real improvements to the functionality of the UI.

The shield doesn't bug-out anymore after accidentally clicking to open an alert when left-click is locked out. A bug with whitelistcloud was fixed. Dan even made a video of a demo of DataDefender.

I suspect a new build will be released before too much longer.
This is fixed in a build Dan has sent me. :thumb:

Hey Dan! I don't know if you're still keeping up with this thread, but your users are still here. We'd love to have you back if you ever come back onto wilders

Back with VS installed on new HP laptop, after my 5yr old Surface Book's sudden death, last month.

P.S. I had taken VS off my system back in Feb/Mar due to disappointment in Dan closing hxxps://voodooforums.com/.

this vodoo shield gets on my nerves a bit, all exes allowed outbound and yet it says no internet connections found. Really annoying (voodooshield.exe and voodooshieldservice.exe allowed outbound)
its the only programme I know that gives me connection errors
    it won't scan any files

HI, how I can contact Dan?

Am I hacked, or has Voodooshield a problem here?

My internet starts slowly. Why does VS warn at every startup for ig.exe and nissrv.exe? When I click the announcement the appearing bigger window says these are unknown files. It does not help to allow the processes. The same usually happens at the next startup.

ig.exe should be related to Malwarebytes and nissrv.exe to Microsoft defender.

The folder of ig.exe changes. There are huge number lines of ig.exe in the whitelist.
