No, when you launch it, it will give you the option to update. This happens as soon as new versions are released, so you never have to manually download and install new versions. As well as that, it shows the changelog of the new version and any versions more recent than the one you are currently running.

 

It didn't offer the update here, possibly because BlackFog Privacy blocks Iran?

 

As far as I know only China, Russia and Ukraine by default ...

 

Paul, I don't recall adding Iran, but maybe I did.

 

That would be why. I just launched HiBit and within a few seconds, it found the new update.



The download speed is pretty slow.

 

Confirmed! I disabled Geofence on my laptop and the update was offered and installed without issue.

 

Still, I wonder why the update to an uninstaller was posted here though.
