Eset throws an alert when attempting to use this URL:

I hadn't run this in quite awhile, but I found I had downloaded v0.87.003. However, it was flagged as suspicious, twice, by NVT OSArmor:

But, when I copied the exe to my desktop and ran it, it was no longer flagged by OSArmor.

 

Probably a FP or there is something wrong with the hosting service. I am using Kaspersky Security Cloud Free and didn't get a detection neither from the FILE AV, nor for WEB AV components.

go to secure mode and delete problematic certificates in internet explorer in internet options, then re-test.

The lloydsbankinggroup.com alert should be a false positive. Please try again with the new version and report if you still get an alert.

Also, a pro version will be available shortly. In the beginning, the main differences with the free version will be support for custom host lists, slightly better performance, and 32-bit builds.

 

Is it possible to have a version of Nosnoop that runs on Operating Systems prior to Windows 7?

Any reason why the file or product version never gets updated to reflect the correct version?
The last versions I have always show 0.1.1.0 as the version. You have to launch the each exe to see the version.

 

Version 0.87.011 is available, with a more modern window style and a fix for a race condition issue (causing crashes on some configurations).
@Adric: Sorry, I will make sure the file properties are updated as of next release.
