I visited your site and downloaded this morning and right now and it was the same as before, if I disable key encryption software is still the same
confirm version is 1.09.374 (free), now I can't even use the _ thingy next to X, I can't make the window move to taskbar, so it got worse. So to close I right click on X and then close from the context menu

I could say it's because I modified OS a little and stacked some security products, but I can open close any programme no problem but your programme
maybe sb else can verify it too to crossvalidate, what's the programme dependecy? maybe something else I should install?

    This should be OK now.
1.09.376 is also the first version to support high DPI, though this hasn't been extensively tested at this time.

I only could access your site after I disabled my VPN. This didn't happen before.

However, after running build 1.09.376 free, DPI scaling makes it impossible to see clearly, as the image size is too small, for me.

    Impressive!

On a few checks it turned up a short list UNKNOWN. But they are my wireless self customized hot spot files :D

Running juiced up and super secured 8.1 Thanks!

Interesting. Did it happen just once or every time?
Could you confirm your version of ThreatSniper and Windows?

To help troubleshoot, could you change the following setting for the ThreatSniper.exe file and see if it improves the display:
(set High DPI scaling override to System (Enhanced) in the Compatibility tab of its file properties.)

If you still have an older version of ThreatSniper around, it would be interesting to try the same test on it too.

I changed the DPI scaling as instructed, and it made a difference:

    ThreatSniper_build1.09.376 free_DPI settings changed to system enhanced_01.JPG

I tried earlier versions, also, but they do not open. Sorry.

I deleted it already. But it was downloaded 2 days ago.

My other defenses are VoodooShield , OSArmor and Software Restriction Policy.

my only issue with such program is that you have to stare constantly at it and scour for potential dll misuse and connections

wouldn't it be nice if the programme registered as a startup service to run 24/7 and sent desktop notifications or via email if something in the "suspicious" category pops up?

    this is better than glasswire

I have checked it out, and it does improve things. But shouldn't this app scale itself correctly without using this feature? Also, column sizes are still not being remembered and overall I don't really like the GUI, why not make it look prettier like CrowdInspect?

ThreatSniper is to designed to be run on-demand, but the idea is interesting and I would need to look into it to see if it could be implemented in ThreatSniper, and would be the basis for a separate application.

Thanks! Could you clarify what is better specifically? I'm not familiar with glasswire.

thanks, these are two different programmes (glasswire: firewall and monitoring) but the organization is clean and provides useful info where it should be, that is why glasswire, they are different but I prefer your type of monitoring

Version 1.09.397 is available, with a new "View additional information for IP address" context menu. The additional information often helps identify what is running on a given IP address, even when DNS lookups come back empty.

Rather extraordinary @svenfaw. That new entry nested within the context for added info and (yes must repeat it again) injection details. Kinda excited for you on some very good programming altering instructions to surface for users such fine useful details. Whoop!

It's on the roadmap. But many other things must be completed first.

    Version 1.09.399 is out.
New feature: Processes loading webcam APIs are detected. For a limited time, this feature will be included in the free version.

Note: This new feature hasn't been tested extensively. Feel free to share any comments / bug reports!

Can you please remember to update the file version numbers when releasing a new version? Thanks.

    Is this program time-bombed?
Mine doesn't show the GUI anymore.

I downloaded ThreatSniper. I copied the files to a folder. When I click on the file to run it, nothing happens.
