I put the mouse cursor on the KSCloud tray icon and what a surprise to see i have the Patch A update.
The Databases don't seem to be updated as often as they did the last few days, so i have manually checked for updates.
I waited 2 months for the update before patch A and still didn't get it, so i had to download it myself. I got Patch A a few days after it was released.
@snippits remember: you can see any new patch after restart the computer. Maybe you had patch A 15 days ago.
Kaspersky notification in Windows 10 focus assist let me know. Patches are always slow for me. Don't know why. I shut down my desktop every night, and then re-start every morning.
@Libraman according to the part i highlighted in red in your screenshot, @snippits would know that the patch was already installed because the sys tray icon would turn red. since he said he wasn't offered the update for almost a month, we can safely assume that he did not get the update, no?
From changelog it seems that they fixed security vulnerability in OpenSSL. I doubt that they want to wait 3 weeks before securing their customers.
I think you can install the trial and it will pick up your license. Might be good to save the settings before and then import them.
I went to My Kaspersky and downloaded setup.exe. That installed .391 without Patch A. I ran update, then restarted my machine and I'm back to having Patch A, still no Patch B.
I don't believe we should have to wait days, weeks, or months to receive patches, especially when they patch known vulnerabilities. That is not good enough for me.
