Soon I want to try this newer improved Firefox version with hopes I can eek out some more efficient speed in page loadings. Vilvaldi is been a reliable enough go-to but everything seems geared to Windows 10 which doesn't always make Windows 8 run a browser the same as it use to.

    But i'll keep trying.

Is it just me or why does Firefox take much longer than Chrome to load sites with the same extensions (uBlock Origin). The lag makes it seem like I am on a dial-up connection but with Chrome everything loads instantly.

Tried a new profile but still the same

Same here... Firefox has been slow for quite a while now and I have no idea why. But yes, I notice the same problem.... it's enough to make me not want to use Firefox...
