    Hi,

Would love to try VoodooShield SimpleBack........

I am little confuse at this point......

VoodooShield SimpleBackup is it simliar to Heilig Defense :: Folderfication?
Or is it a combination of encryption and backup?

Myself, I had problems with NeuShield with uninstalling/ reinstalling problems.
    And the lic.,key taking correctly.
Make sure to make a backup image before you install.......NeuShield.

And what is your opinion on Block Ransomware and Backup by xSecuritas?
I think it just a little bit over price......

    Always the best,

If I have understood correctly since Dan came across NeuShield he has downgraded his aspirations for VSBackup and therefore it will now be exactly what it says on the tin...just a very simple backup application...nothing more. So nothing close to Folderfication.

Thank you guys, I appreciate that! BTW, the new project is called DataDefender... it is basically a simple backup app with some pretty cool features. It should be ready in 2-3 weeks. Once you guys try the new app, we will figure out if any of the new features should be implemented into VS or not."

    Taken from malwaretips website.
    you can remove if necessary.......
just hoping this would help someone out.....

It is a feature I would not want added to VS. Personally, I feel VS is great just the way it is, so it would be best to keep it as a separate program as has already been suggested by myself and others.

Am wondering if Dan has taken a look at Bvckup 2, as that is pretty 'simple fast backup'? Will be interesting to see what his approach is when compare to such existing programs as that and O&O's FileBackup, which is another I can think of, and is priced with a perpetual license.

No, VoodooShield is not going anywhere. This is a new and so far separate program Dan is working on.

Yeah, that part is right. He asked us to email him to be a VS tester but no mention so far about his new project. I guess time will tell, but more than likely download links will be posted here, at MT, or both anyway.
