Do you mean it stays unchecked for you or it doesn't?

The option remains checked, even though I uncheck it and restart an unsandboxed Vivaldi. The setting change is not retained.

Here on version 3.4.2066.76 x64, the option remains checked as well. I do also use uBlock origin with "Prevent WebRTC from leaking local IP addresses" checked. My local IP adress is not visible on this test:

If it stays checked you're most probably using some extension that overrides the option in Vivaldi.

Can a Vivaldi user with Win 10 20H2 installed look in Vivaldi's 'help...about'' and tell me what OS version it says they have.

Mine says Windows 10 OS Version 2009 (Build 19042.572) :)

    Thanks @anon
I would have thought it would have said 20H2.
Although as you say the 2 things are they same, it would avoid confusion to just call it 20H2

Do you use uBlock Origin and have checked the setting "Prevent WebRTC........................."?
It seems if you check the Prevent WebRTC setting in UO, the Broadcast IP setting in Vivaldi also gets checked and vice versa.

On one of my computers - Windows 10 PRO, version 1909, I have
Vivaldi 3.4.2066.76 (Stable channel) (64-bit), and I have no problems what so ever.

It's just on two other computers - Windows "20H2" that I have issues with that check options for the same version of Vivaldi.

Guys, I'm trying to fix a problem with uBlock, but I like to avoid having to reinstall Vivaldi from scratch. I did try this, but browser settings and extensions were not restored, except for uBlock weird enough! Wait a minute, I just read that you should deleter the User Data/Vivaldi folder, I didn't do this. Has anyone ever tried to reset Vivaldi?

And second question, do you guys also have weird website loading problems on Vivaldi 3.3. and 3.4? With that I mean, pages don't load fully, so you will always see the "stop" button in the addressbar. It seems to be related to tracking blocking, but it happens with uBlock, Ghostery and ABP. It also happens when tracking+ad blocking is enabled in Vivaldi. It started on imdb.com but now I also see it on a couple of other (adult) sites.

USA still the best. But barely.
Latest final. Getting teapot & dead bird blank pages when opening Yahoo News links. They open ok but within a minute or two I get the blank page with what looks like a folded postage stamp of a dead bird or teapot.

FYI & this is as funny as **** to me. But when I diagnose computer problems if I'm having browser problems after trying multiple browsers & trouble playing files. One of my last resorts is I try playing files on a prominent porn site or two. If it plays it's not a hardware or driver problem. If I can't play a porn vid it could be a hardware or driver problem. Because the top porn are top notch on making sure files play on every bodies hardware or software otherwise they lose $$$$. Anybody else use porn sites to diagnose pc problems? LOL.

Yes you're right, I'm now I also getting to see deadbirds in Yahoo Mail. But it only happenes when I open tabs in the background. But I didn't have these weird problems on Vivaldi 3.2, there seems to be something wrong with 3.4, I guess I need to report it.

It also might be some type of file corruption problem, but I don't feel like reinstalling Vivaldi 3.4 only to discover that it's indeed because of a buggy browser. Perhaps I will try to downgrade to Vivaldi 3.2, but downgrading wasn't even possible the last time I tried. All in all very annoying, I hope this will get sorted out in Vivaldi 3.5.

And seems like the website loading problem is related to ad-blockers. Vivaldi wrongly seems to indicate that websites are not fully loaded if they are opened as a child tab, it happens with uBlock, Ghostery and Adblock Plus. So Vivaldi 3.4 isn't interacting correctly with ad-blockers, and it's not fixed in the 3.5 snapshot.

If they don't fix this soon, then I will downgrade to 3.2. Actually downgrading isn't possible, so I will have to do a complete reinstall, so annoying. Let's hope that most settings, bookmarks, extensions and passwords will be retained if I copy and paste the profile folder, but I'm not counting on it.
