    Hmm...
    Strange.
    It worked here.

    Suggestion:
    Open an issue at the uBlock Origin Subreddit.
    There are the real experts. :)

    Here is another page that blocks Twitter messages, actually this page acts very weirdly, it reloads itself and then you can't scroll anymore and can't see the page content. So then I will have to disable uBlock on Vivaldi.

    On Firefox the page loads correctly, but I can't see Twitter messages and I can't fix it by simply allowing scripts from twitter.com. But anyway, what's wrong with allowing certain scripts to run on only a certain page? It still gets blocked on a global level if I understood correctly.

    What a horrendous website! BTW, scroll.com needs to be nooped or allowed in order to fix the broken scroll bar issue. Still, even if I noop both 3rd-party scripts and iframes, both of which I block by default, the content doesn't render properly.

    Yes, it's crazy. To be honest, even if I whitelist certain scripts, the page still reloads on Vivaldi. But anyway, I still don't get why the "allow widget" is removed in the newest uBlock, and I still don't like the newest GUI, I still find myself searching for certain buttons.

    BTW, YouTube is acting all weird again on my system. It refuses to auto-play videos and when I then disable certain filters, I will get to see video-ads again. Can you guys perhaps check if uBlock is causing problems on your systems as well? I believe AdGuard Tracking Protection might be causing the problem based on uBlock's logger.

    Check Reddit for more YT-problems.

    i use a general style for all pages to fix this
    Code:
    html, body
    {
        overflow: visible !important;
    }
    To insert into stylus or a css file your browser is able to handle.

    The missing scroll bar is a result of hiding the cookie dismiss notice and an overlay.

    You can disable Adguard Tracking Protection in the Filterlist. And check if Youtube works correctly now.

    I did disable it, but now I have to sometime skip ads. It's weird, sometimes videos do autoload, and sometimes they do not. I also wonder if this older version of Vivaldi (3.1) plays a role. I'm guessing that Google changed something, I'm not sure if they are trying to interfere with ad-blockers.

    Thanks, but I hate the look of Reddit, it's not handy.

    Not weird. I been getting issues with YT for months now. Sometimes extreme sometimes not but still the same they DID change something that I don't like but can do little about. And that's across ALL my Browsers not just Vivaldi.

    @EASTER @Rasheed187 Brave Shields blocks YouTube ads with no issues I'm aware of. Google is always developing new ways to defeat ad blockers. No surprise there!

    Is the Spam 404 filter (default) still worthwhile to add? If it's activated together with the newer Online Malicious URL blocklist, nearly all its 7144 domains are then used (7111). So that suggests there's not a whole lot of redundancy, especially since 1Hosts Mini is also on here. But I want to hear from those who are more knowledgeable.

    Spam404 is an specific anti-phishing list.
    Online Malicious URL blocklist is a specific anti-malware list

    You can disable it if you use a DNS service with good anti-phishing functionality in addition to the browser's anti-phishing functionality and believe that you are able to prevent this kind of threats.

    P.S.

    I who use a browser without anti-phishing and anti-malwares features have often noticed that DNS, even if they claim an anti-phishing feature, are often slow to block links to phishing threats.

    A considerable help, in my opinion, is to eliminate the insecure cipher suites from the browser and any email client used.

    I read in other forums about the effort some users make in eliminating maybe 100K of rules in UBO.
    And then they use 2/3 real-time anti-malware active in their OS.
    Absurd!!!

    Phishing Army lists ... a better option?

    Extended list has 17,344 out of 17,346 here (default, with two custom filterlists including this one).

    I use the non-extended PA list in my OS W.XP.
    Personally I consider it useless in a PC with W.10.

    Just curious why you think Win10 would make a difference to susceptibility to phishing? :doubt:

    It is obvious that with W.10 you have a far greater array of weapons at your disposal to prevent phishing than an OS like W.XP.
    And if the user in front of the PC knows to recognize this type of computer scam, some defense sectors, for example some anti-phishing lists in the Adblocker, could (this is not always the case) be redundant.

    I prefer a DNS that resolves things with speed. That's why I'd rather focus on other utilities. So, I will keep Spam 404 active, it doesn't affect anything on here.

    After gorhill did that benchmark, I'm not so stingy with adding a little more, but I've become more picky about selection. OK, so thank you, Sampei Nihira, this helps. I'll keep it for now.

    No adblocker run best with default settings, it always needs adjustments. And you have to "work" with it, trial and error like all of us.

    I use two list in Firefox where in Chromium there is used 0 (zero) of x, its
    - EasyList Cookie
    - Fanboy’s Social

    The rest of settings is totally equal (synced)
