"Brave's focuses on privacy-protection, so we intentionally only remove parameters that uniquely describe you. So we'd remove, say, a click identifier, or a tracking cookie stuck in a URL, but intentionally don't remove broad campaign ids, or things that aren't unique to you"

So what's the verdict. I assume this feature will let's you see ads that are served by Brave? Do you guys like it or not?

I don't use the Ads/Rewards feature but apparently many others have opted in to it, to make a little bitcoin in exchange for their attention to Brave ads. At least it's an alternative to the current invasive system of tracking.

Yes, it's an interesting solution to the tracking problem, and I assume those ads aren't annoying as hell. I recently tried to whitelist a certain site, but to my surprise they are still serving animated ads, just how dumb are these guys? But anyway, I've found this old screenshot, does it still work like this?

I don't know since I don't use it, but that looks like a screenshot from the old Muon-based Brave.

is it secured enough or needs tweaking for extra privacy?
I remember firefox having a long blog post about things you can do to improve security and privacy, first party isolation, resist fingerprinting, idn show punicode true and so on, is any of that already implemented as a default rule?

how about chrome extensions, I can see I can install any chrome extension into brave no problem but can I run into issue by doing so?
