Facial recognition is here to stay. And we should all probably accept it

    At my workplace I talked with security guards. Their temperature /fever detector does not recognize a face when a facial mask is worn. Also, it fails to recognize African faces 40% of the time and they have to use their temperature 'guns' that read from the forehead.

    Was just thinking about that last week. With the COVID hysteria, and all the attempts to force everyone to wear masks, glasses/face shield, etc., Big Bro picked a silly time to implement this tech! Just add a sun visor hat to the sunglasses and surgical mask...facial recognition is rendered useless.
