    Seriously, the Chrome Web Store is a mess, Google should be able to do a better job.

    Maybe they think they can get away with letting others find their problems. Who knows. Their extension vetting process has left a lot to be desired for quite a long time now. Makes me seriously want to applaud AdGuard.

    I think it is very hard to keep Chrome Web Store safe. How one would do so?
    For example, Chrome Extension is JavaScript code, which can do some nasty things. Keeping in mind that there are mechanisms like Web Storage API. So this is hard job, easier than keeping Google Play Safe, keeping in mind that Chrome Extension is open code.
