Trying to get my head around just how SUMo determines what the current software version really is. This image is what you see when you select to get the update from the SUMo website. Per the developers web site, the current version of KeyScrambler is 3.15.0.0 (just released about a week ago). The web site makes no mention of availability of a beta for testing.

More importantly, 4 users are on 3.15.0.2 which is listed as current, and 6 are on 3.15.0.1 which is listed as beta. With 22 users on 3.15.0.0 I would think that SUMo would select that as the current version. From the chart it looks like the decisions that SUMo makes about the latest release versions are based on user numbers and not the developers web site. Is this really how it works? Any way for SUMo to actually tie into the developers web site downloads?

    Kyle, no problems!

But, unlike MS (and other developers), you are so quick to respond to issues that I sent a follow up here. You have us all spoiled!

[SUMo] Error Report for iSCSIAgent by QNAP Systems, Inc. v 1.0.0.2 - SUMo reports Update available (6.3.0.1016)

Old problem. SUMO doesn't check both File version and Product version. Only gets fixed on reported apps, but not checked globally to avoid situations like this.

Cannot add the program "Outlook Express Classic" to the list of programs on my computer to be watched by SUMO. I have added programs in the past with no problems. I am using the free version of SUMO but wouldn't think that would be a problem. Anyway, should you get a chance I would appreciate you looking into this. Most likely something I am doing but like I said I have added programs in the past that SUMO didn't pick up automatically. Thanks in advance...

Please send SUMo to debug mode in settings. Restart SUMo. Drag'n'drop this software onto SUMo. Open log (from "?" menu) and send it to me for analysis please (tech support from KC Softwares contact page)
Does not looks as supported as I see no SUMo users having it in the whole database, but at least i'll tell you why !

I tried following your instructions but I do not find how to send the log to you. I thought perhaps I could send it to you via Feedback but see no place to attach the log. Regardless, it is not a problem to me of any consequence. Thanks for replying...
