Tor Browser 9.0.7 Patches Bug That Could Deanonymize Users https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/ne...907-patches-bug-that-could-deanonymize-users/
Does it make sense to enable DoH with in Tor when: 1. Tor is used by itself (without VPN) 2. Tor is used over VPN if VPN uses custom DNS? My VPN uses it's own custom DNS for use in both Network Adapter and TAP Driver settings when connecting via OpenVPN. What about Encrypted SNI setting? Tor currently has that setting, but it is set to disabled as default.
AFAIK all DNS reguests are sent through exit nodes so IDK if it will bring you any benefit using DoH.
I tried to donate to Tor. However, despite the fact that I chose to use PayPal, they wouldn't let me proceed without giving my full name, email address, & full mailing address. I do not see why I HAVE to give all that personal info in order to donate. I do not want a receipt or to hear from them at all. I just want to anonymously donate. Is there a way that doesn't involve entering phony info?
There are other methods described here: https://donate.torproject.org/donor-faq I would also prefer to donate using PayPal and also don't like the fact that you have to give all that info for no reason at all.
