    Why? It is not desktop- or laptop-focused distribution.

    I made a UFD with Rufus. It didn't boot in either of my UEFI systems.

    ? non ARM.

    Download page let me to get openEuler-1.0-aarch64-dvd.iso file. Word aarch64 reflect it uses different instruction set than Intel and AMD processors inside PC. It will not execute on PC.
