    [SUMo] Beta Report for PuTTY suite by Simon Tatham v 0.73.0.0 - SUMo reports Update available (0.73.1.5)

    As far as I can tell 73.0.0.0 is stile the stable version.

    is there any difference between the official sumo portable and sumo portable by portableapps.com?

    As far as I know, just changed to the 'paf' format to make it 'installable' within the PortableApps.com framework. Capability is the same.

    Recently, actual SUMo updates have been 'converted' very quickly after @Kyle_Katarn publishes changes, sometimes within hours.

    But best Kyle responds to your question.

    I have SUMo paid but use the PortableApps.com version, easy updating.

    @Kyle_Katarn will respond, he is very active here.

    This is the first update I received since upgrading my Win 7 HP Computer to Win 10 Pro. While running SUMo Pro when it was Win 7 I always had trouble updating. The reason probably is the the computer was never reformatted since I got it about 8 or 9 years ago. There were a lot of installs and uninstalls of other software. With the fresh install of Win 10 Pro SUMo Pro Lifetime updates perfectly now. No problems.
    btw: SUMo Pro always updated and ran perfectly on my old Toshiba Laptop running Win 7 and now Win 10 Pro. :)
