Not really. AV-C considers user dependent as a miss. Will penalize as UD no. / 2; i.e. 50% of user actions are the wrong one. Hence the 99.6% score.
OK cool stuff. I also see this as a fail, any AV should be able to block malware automatically. And it's still not clear if they are talking about SmartScreen or not.
Microsoft better than Avast and Kaspersky? Well done but I really wonder what's "user dependent" because I've never seen any prompt from Windows Defender ...
