    Brian K,

Thanks for the link and it does seem to be very complex and I honestly can't remember how I must have removed my SRP many years ago too. I think it was something to do with me at the time I installed Windows 10 but I also wanted to keep Windows 7 as a dual boot system but I might even be wrong about that now as it was a long time ago but I have a feeling you might even have given me some instructions back then on using some BCD software to do that task.

So I don't have any dual booting now and I'm guessing that the SRP was removed when I reconfigured my drives and simply had the system drive as it is now.

    Anyway... all good stuff.

Yes, Unix can be a tad quirky. I have virtually no problems with updates though, and as a consequence no BATS. Which is something.

1909 Nov update stopped Gmail and Yahoo from working in Outlook 2019. IMAP will not connect to Gmail or Yahoo servers. Everything worked fine before update. I have tried deleting those accounts and then adding with IMAP settings as described by Google and Yahoo.

I get Error 0x800CCC0E cannot sync to subscribed folders on both Gmail and Yahoo.

I have reinstalled Window 10 Pro.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix?

    I found a solution via registry editor…

    go to

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.3\Client

and set the Enabled Dword to zero

Received the 1909 update last week and ever since I have been seeing "A referral was returned from the server" messages when trying to run a lot of .exe items. I had never seen these before updating to 1909 and have tried all the 'solutions' I can find on the web but to no avail. Anyone on Wilders know how to stop them.

This is the typical message you get when you run an unsigned file.
Verify that the "validateAdmincodesignatures" registry entry is set to 1
To execute unsigned files you must set it to 0.

You can do a test with 7zip.exe which is not signed.:thumb:;):)

Many thanks for both replies, now working after the Reg adjustment :thumb:
Had already tried the UAC route previously without success and was watching the YouTube Video when Sampei posted the same fix so now all OK.

    Windows 10 1909
3 Updates, one Cumulative for .Net, one Cumulative for 1909 and one for Autopilot.
I am on Win 10 pro on this machine, so won't know until I do a Home machine update if Autopilot is offered in error there again as it was before.

    Win 19 1909 Build is 18363.535

LOL @ Autopilot Update again. Guess Pro users will need to wait for that to get pulled.

I installed all updates for Windows 8.1 and Office 2013 and didn't notice any problems so far.

Pro users are offered it if registered for it, Home users should not be.
